We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at dreamcartuk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), bespoke products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your particular item.
Exchanges
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to ensure that you receive what you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be sent automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take a while for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund as well.
