For the USA, most of the items it would usually take 20-30 business days, however sometimes due to the high demand of and the busy season, please allow 20-30 business days for delivery. FOR Pre-Order items it may take 7 days to process your order.
Rest Of The World - It takes a bit longer for the rest of the world because it takes time to ship the items outside of the US.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.
Tracking numbers will not be available for GIVEAWAY products.
INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our oversea fulfilment centres. This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States. They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air it will no longer work. We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.
Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at email@example.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre we cannot make changes to the order.
In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
